“Zenith” Designer Art Case for Galaxy

Each case fits one exact phone model. On an iPhone, open Settings → General → About and look at Model Name, or see our Phone Model Guide. Then choose that model in the list on the product page before you add the case to your bag.

iPhone cases have a matte finish and are printed in the USA. Galaxy cases have a glossy finish and are printed by our international shipping partners. Both are dual-layer tough cases: a hard polycarbonate shell with a shock-absorbing black TPU liner.

iPhone cases are MagSafe compatible, for charging and magnetic accessories like our wallets and grips. Galaxy cases have a built-in magnetic attachment that holds magnetic wallets, grips and mounts. For Galaxy cases we list the magnetic attachment, not charging.

Most orders ship within 2 to 4 business days. You can change or cancel for 12 hours after ordering, then printing, checking and packing take 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery to the USA usually takes 4 to 10 business days for iPhone cases and 4 to 7 for Galaxy cases. Checkout shows your estimate. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Our mistake, our cost. If your case arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, is the wrong item or model, or is lost in the mail, we reprint it free or refund you in full. Email Admin@myntelo.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We reply within 2 business days.

The 12-month Limited Warranty runs from your order date. It covers print fading, peeling, bubbling or delamination, and defective materials such as a shell that cracks without being dropped or a magnet that stops holding. It doesn't cover normal wear, drops, accidents or extreme heat. We replace the case free. Claim at Admin@myntelo.com with your order number and photos.

Every case is printed to order, so we can't accept returns or refunds for a change of mind. This doesn't affect the Made-Right Promise or the Limited Warranty. If you live in the EU or UK, you can withdraw for any reason within 14 days of receiving your case, and you pay the return postage. Email Admin@myntelo.com before sending anything back.

Reply to your order confirmation within 12 hours and we'll switch the model free before your case goes to print. After that it is already printed: email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make the right model for half price, $19.50 with shipping included. You keep the first case. Limited to one swap per order.

Everything is printed to order and ships from the partner that makes it. iPhone cases are printed in the USA; Galaxy cases, wallets and grips by our international shipping partners. If your order has items from more than one partner, for example an iPhone case and a wallet, it can arrive in separate packages on different days. We email tracking when your order ships.

Shipping is free on every order to the USA and Canada. Orders to the United States arrive with no customs fees or duties. Everywhere else, shipping costs show at checkout before you pay, and your country may charge import taxes or fees when the package arrives.
